Matthew Magee

Matt is phenomenal. If you're looking for a down-to-earth, professional, enthusiastic, and insightful agent, Matt is your guy. This wasn't our first home-buying experience, so we had a decent idea of the process and what we were looking for. Even still, Matt exceeded our expectations; we had questions, and each house we toured brought up new considerations - Matt was so helpful through every step of the process. I would recommend Matt to my best friends and family, without hesitation.

Matt assisted my wife and me in purchasing a home in the Denver area in the spring of 2024. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and became a trusted advisor while we navigated a highly competitive seller’s market. He went above and beyond in ensuring that we had the information we needed to be confident in the decisions we made during the process. I highly recommend him. Matt is a pleasure to work with and a true pro.

I've worked with Matt three times now. He's always been helpful and reliable. As a buyer's agent, he showed me places that fit what I told him I was looking for. He told me when he thought places were over- or underpriced and advised me as to what would be a reasonable offer to make. As a seller's agent, he organized frequent showings and kept me updated. Altogether, working with him has been great.
